About the Job
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the performance of Quality Control Inspection (IPQC and Measurement).
- Sets direction of the QC Operations working force based on the company’s long term mission and vision.
- Analyze related data/figures necessary to improve performance of the operations.
- Ensure that all customer claim and related complaints are responded to the specified time.
- Initiate, recommends and provide solutions through designated channels.
- Verify the implementation of solutions.
- Control further processing delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions has been corrected.
- Conduct regular meeting within the department and to other concerned department or sections whenever necessary.
- To monitor the discipline and conduct of subordinates and apply necessary action if company’s rules and regulation has been violated.
- Conduct technical training to employee to improve their ability and skills.
- Comply with the company standard rule & regulations.
