DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support / sustaining function on the line so as to ensure continued production runs, minimize downtime, and meet production delivery commits and targets.
- Handles resolution and closure of customer issues and complaints/ concerns.
- Facilitate New Die / Repeat Die and Engineering Changes on existing products based on customer request.
- Facilitate Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Improvement of process performance through monitoring and review of process index such as Process Yield, Quality Incidents, Defect PPM level, etc.
- Minimize cost of material losses through parts/material evaluation and approval for use in the line.
- Provide technical support on all Internal and External Audits.
- Review and update documentation as needed (FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP, Process Flows, JIS, etc).
- In-charge of development of new products.
- Preparation and in-charge of Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering.
- Preferably has related work experience in a Metal Stamping company.
