Responsibilities:
- Administers first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees.
- Coordinates with hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed.
- Sends home employees who are not physically fit to work.
- Assist applicants medical examination/ results for deployment.
- Provides medical services for the company, coordinates with Hospitals and outside-clinics.
- Responsible for the Annual Physical Examination Report/s:
- Status of compliance.
- Follow-up to employees who failed to undergo APE.
- Reporting of names of employees with negative medical findings during APE.
- Supports in all EHS activities of the company.
- Responsible of keeping and filling of all documents of Direct Employees.
- Maintains HR System by updating/encoding all necessary employee information.
- Assist in organizing different Company events, trainings and programs.
- Assist in distributing company memorandum to all concerned Division/Department.
- Performs other task as may be assigned by his/her superiors.
