COMPANY LOCATION: CARMELRAY INDUSTRIAL PARK 2, BRGY. PUNTA, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXIM:

Assign in all PEZA/BOC processing.
Prepares needed PEZA documents (e.i 8110, 8106, 8105, 8112).
Prepares PEZA monthly performance report.
Responsible for monitoring of Liquidation Ledger of LOA.
Responsible for encoding and monitoring all EXIM data.
Maintains and updates records in all Farm-in and Farm-out Delivery.
Maintains files, including filing of important PEZA documents.
Coordinate with Zone Manager and Laguna Custom OIC for all PEZA/BOC related transactions.

ADMIN:

Responsible for all official business transactions outside the company such as but not limited to Bank transactions and Government transactions.
Responsible for safekeeping of all important documents.
Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.
Adhere to QEHS Policies of the company.
